[Help]with bat files llike login,world,channel

I can't connect to my server even though I ran the bat files and they were stable. Help me with this plox!!!! when i open localhost it says unable to connect. I did everything right but still can't connect. What is the problem?

sorta works but takes forever to load basicly never loads world server
